We are looking for a Presales Solution Specialist - intern who wil assist and support the sales team in qualifying, proposing, and closing deals with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in commercial/sales strategy for CETIN customer portfolio and new businesses outside existing product and services
- Collaborating closely with sales team to understand customer requirements and support provisioning of technical assistance throughout the sales cycle
- Assisting product management and engineers to align customers needs with products or services
- Participate in pre-sales support and service design for data products or services
- Technical and analytical support to customers and the sales team through providing inputs for offers, business cases, presentations and other marketing or sales material
- Participating in development of design solutions aligned with customer requirements and internal processes
- Part of a technical team which provide support to preparation and launch of product or service solutions and offers for new and existing customers
- Supporting inputs collection and reporting
- Assisting in cross-functional cooperation
- Participating in obtaining inputs from market
- Supporting analysis of feedback from customers to help improve products or services
Main requirements:
- University degree or student of final year (Telecommunication, Technology)
- Knowledge of telecommunication technologies
- Presentation and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Team player
