CETIN Internship - Radio and Backhaul SWAP Specialist

CETIN operates a top-quality telecommunication portfolio, encompassing the full scope of mobile access network infrastructure across Serbia, extensive fiber and wireless backbone, and aggregation networks and data centers.
 

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Technical implementation of the renovation of access radio and transport networks. The work includes the preparation of configuration files and the implementation of renovation and modernization of the network, including testing, troubleshooting and qualitative reception. The parts of the network involved are:
• Base stations (2G, 3G, 4G),
• Controllers (BSC, RNC),
• Radio-links i
• MPLS access network routers.

Preparation of configuration scripts for managing network elements in radio and backhaul domains.
• Technical realization of radio network swap.
• Verification of what has been done and qualitative acceptance (functional tests, status check, work performance analysis)
• Coordinating swap related activities with other technical teams.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated electrical engineering faculty
• Theoretical understanding of access radio and transport techniques
• Use of the English language
• Willingness to work in a team
• Ability to work in conditions of increased work intensity
