Job overview:

Internal & External Communications
•    Develops and implements internal and external communication strategies and plans aligned with company goals
•    Creates and publishes engaging content across internal channels in line with the communication plan
•    Produces content for public-facing platforms (LinkedIn, website) and print
•    Manages updates on internal channels, company website, and LinkedIn
•    Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timely communication
•    Promotes key initiatives and events both internally and externally, aligned with company strategy 
•    Measures communication effectiveness and proposes improvements


Event Management
•    Plans and organizes internal and external corporate events 
•    Supports student and employee-focused events, including onboarding programs and employee recognition initiatives
•    Manages all aspects of event logistics, budget planning, and post-event evaluation


Regional Collaboration
•    Ensures alignment of local communication efforts with regional objectives
•    Actively promotes local initiatives and activities within CETIN International
•    Supports planning and execution of regional events

 

Requirements and Personal Attributes
•    University degree
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in internal and external communications and event management
•    Strong written and communication skills
•    Strong content creation skills and familiarity with social media platforms
•    Excellent written and spoken English
•    Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., O365, SharePoint)
•    Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset
