We are seeking an experienced DevOps Expert to lead the implementation and evolution of our DevOps practices across a modern, cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a cloud-savvy engineer with deep hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, and the broader DevOps ecosystem.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to shape the foundation of our software delivery lifecycle, driving automation, scalability, and reliability across our platforms. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build and maintain a resilient DevOps toolchain that supports our internal services and engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for microservices and containerized applications.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Integrate and manage cloud services across OpenStack, AWS, and Azure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the DevOps lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
• Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation and provide training on DevOps tools and processes.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to identify development opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with DevOps industry trends and emerging technologies
Required qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ContainerD, CRIO and cloud-native tooling.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Tekton.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (OpenStack, AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong grasp of networking, security, and infrastructure automation.
