Responsible for:
• Leading and organizing daily operative tasks in E2E Quality Planning area
• Actively monitors trends and tendencies in telecommunications in the field of quality and optimization of the end-to-end network (E2E) and accordingly provides guidelines for the organization's development in that area.
• Managing E2E Quality Planning as a service for the customers
• Network Strategy and High Level planning in E2E Quality area
• Budgeting support
Job overview:
• Organizing activities and handling priorities in network quality management
• KPI analysis and reporting
• Lead, coordinate and support projects, including End-to-end and regional projects
• New technologies, features and functionalities roadmap tracking, testing and introduction
• Providing consultancy services for customers in telecommunication focusing on quality improvement and optimization
• Equipment, tools network functionality related to vendor management/support
• Traffic modelling, forecasting and capacity management
• Support company’s finance forecast processes
• Contribute in Network Strategy preparation
• Resource management
• Drive standardization, simplification and unification of processes, systems and tools in E2E Quality area
• Carry out all other tasks, assigned by the line managers and following the employee’s qualification and responsibilities
Requirements:
• BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Telecommunications science
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunication and mobile systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Telecommunication or at least 1 year managerial experience in the relevant professional field
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Mobile, willing to travel
