Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated IP Transport Network Planning Expert to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Plan and design IP transport network for Fix and Mobile broadband as well for enterprise services
  • Support capacity planning and traffic forecasting based on traffic growth and service requirements
  • Work on high-level and detailed IP network designes
  • Be involved in preparation of technical documentation, IP network plans and reports
  • Support network evolution and technology readiness
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and provide inputs for investment and expansion decisions
  • Support the budget forecast processes
  • Contribute to long-term transport network strategy and roadmap development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IP transport network operations and/or planning domain
  • Solid knowledge of IP/MPLS architectures, routing protocols and L2/L3 services
  • Knowlede of SDN concepts
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP/CCIE, Nokia NRS,…) are considered an advantage
  • Ability to analyse KPIs, traffic trends and performance data to support planning decisions
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Goal and business oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical, documentation,communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player, with ability to work independently
