The only thing that multiplies by sharing is knowledge. We are CETIN Serbia and we want to share with you the knowledge from our base, as well as the enthusiasm we have for work.
CETIN was founded in Serbia in July 2020, after separation from the parent company Telenor Serbia. The first mobile network in Serbia, launched in 1994, was based on network infrastructure owned by CETIN. Nowadays Yettel's 2G, 3G, 4G and pioneering 5G mobile network services are fully powered by CETIN network, expertise and 330 employees.
CETIN operates a top-quality telecommunication portfolio, encompassing the full scope of mobile access network infrastructure across Serbia, extensive fiber and wireless backbone, and aggregation networks and data centers.

Purpose of the Program:

To be a Pioneer is to be among the first to explore a new field or experience. That is why we have named our programme CETIN Pioneers, and it is designed specifically for students of ETF and the Faculty of Transport, so that they feel the natural connection between theory and the concrete application of knowledge in practice. You will have the opportunity to feel the atmosphere of a friendly working environment, where autonomy, responsibility, teamwork and respect are the essence of our working days.

What are we offering to you?

Internship is designed so that each day we have workshops on a chosen topic related to planning, implementation and management:

o    on public radio networks, principles and tools used in radio planning, principles of coexistence of different radio technologies and generations,
o    on high capacity and reliability transport networks, including radio links, optical infrastructure and the dominant technique for the implementation of multiservice transport services - IP/MPLS,
o    the network and service core, including packet and channel switching, including a description of the network and service elements and their functions,
o    enterprise networks, including basic security elements at the level of access control and services used,
o    on IT systems used in the virtualisation of professional telecommunications platforms,
o    the quality of the network, including a description of the tools used and the key quality indicators,
o    on data centres and power systems,
o    on commercial specificities and the role of engineers in contact with users

The internship program lasts one month, with fixed hours, in a group of 30 interns.
o You will have the opportunity to see our operations center and the largest CETIN data center 
o We will talk about the skills needed to work in a team and what to pay attention to, from writing a job application onwards
o You will attend leadership training
o You will hear interesting career stories of our employees
o Attendance at all lectures within the programme is a condition for obtaining a certificate of completion of the traineeship
 

Send us your CV and a short motivational letter by December 31, in English. In the Motivation letter, you can state your grade point average, major at the university and subjects that were most interesting to you.

The practice is planned to take place in February, the exact date will be confirmed.
