Responsible for the daily and long-term, strategic management of software assets within CETIN regional organization.
Your primary role will be to ensure organization’s compliance with SW vendor contracts is in place while optimizing SW assets strategic value. This role involves developing and implementing licensing strategies, negotiating agreements, managing SW audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams like IT, Legal and Finance, and providing expertise on licensing models to support business objectives, ensure cost-effectiveness, and mitigate licensing risks.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for management of software assets within organization
- Planning, monitoring and recording SW license assets throughout their lifecycles:

- Perform an inventory of installed software
- Match software installations with licenses
- Ensure compliance with vendor contracts is in place
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation
- Maintain knowledge on all licensing changes
- License usage and deployment approval
- Providing SW license terms and conditions
- Proactively stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes to adapt licensing strategies
- Provide expert advice and training to internal teams on licensing requirements and best practices.
- Analyse data and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Supporting finance processes around SW licenses
- Project work participation and support to Project teams
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related fields
- Software licensing experience
- IT infrastructure technical background is advantage
- Good skills in reporting and follow-up
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Good team player
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and committed personality
