Job overview

Executing back-office tasks aiming continuous operation, maintenance and quality in domain of Radio Access Network:
•    Base stations (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
•    Radio controllers (BSC, RNC)
•    Related Network Management Systems (covering fault, configuration, performance and inventory management)

Responsibilities:

•    Maintain availability of RAN network elements and relevant services
•    Incident handling
•    Customer complaint handling
•    Integration of new network elements including acceptance tests
•    Planned work execution
•    Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
•    Perform testing and upgrade of new HW/SW releases or functionalities
•    Participate in continuous improvement of RAN quality
•    Participate in RAN performance monitoring and analysis
•    Support CNOC team; Participate in On-call service
•    Other jobs upon manager's request 

Requirements:

•    University or College degree in telecommunications or computer engineering
•    Theoretical understanding of radio access network technologies
•    Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
•    Team player, able to work independently
•    Able to handle workload and give good performance even in stressful environment

•    Relevant experience in similar positions is an advantage
