Radio Network Planning Specialist

This is a Temporary position on 12 months.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

•    Frequency, neighbour list and parameter planning and optimisation for the site integration, activation of new service or technology, as well as global parameter plan changes (including spectrum refarming activities)
•    Preparation of documentation and reports on radio network for regulatory organizations
•    Reporting covers regular and ad-hoc report development and delivery coverage maps, cell files, regulatory reporting, Technical Monthly Reports data.
•    Licences application and project documentation for BTS
•    Create requests for BTS licences to Telco Agency
•    Renewal of frequency licenses
•    Maintaining and updating planning tools and databases and providing their consistency with NMS system
•    Work on tools used for radio network planning.
•    Spatial plan requests handling 
•    Analyse drive and walk test results (including GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR mobile network benchmarking and measurements due to customer complaints) and propose solution for radio network quality and coverage improvement.
•    Indoor coverage solution design

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

•    BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering preferably Telecommunications science
•    At least one year experience in Radio Network planning & optimization
•    Preferable experience in 5G planning and knowledge of RAN vendors Huawei or Ericsson
•    Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
•    Goal and business-oriented mindset
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
•    Innovative, motivated and creative 
•    To be a team player, well organized and structured
•    Clean driving license
•    Self-driven and motivated to learn and constantly develop
