ROLE OVERVIEW:

•    Deep knowledge about Radio network planning and design, capacity expansions planning, radio parameters tuning and optimization (GSM, UMTS, WiFi/WLAN, LTE, 5G, NB-IoT, and next generation network)
•    Detailed monitoring and analysis of mobile network services, investigation and resolution of possible network degradations to secure high network performance and quality 
•    Daily monitoring and analysis of mobile service performance and quality
•    Improving RAN performance and quality through optimization measures, parameters tuning, new feature and functionality’s introduction and adequate capacity planning
•    Benchmarking methodology (drive tests, walk tests, stationary tests, crowd-based test) data analysis, improvement solution proposal, verification and implementation
•    Nominal radio network planning and analysis of coverage loss and proposal for coverage renewal (site relocation)
•    Planning of frequencies, initial capacity, neighbors list and initial parameter settings
•    Defining solutions for coverage on demand (new BS, Repeater, Pico BTS, WiFi, reconfiguration of existing BS)
•    Customer Complain troubleshooting and investigation, including improvement for events and manifestations
•    Support to projects. Participation/leading local and international projects
•    Vendor management
•    Knowledge sharing and experience transfer

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

•    BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Telecommunications science
•    Advanced knowledge of telecommunication and mobile systems focus on access technology GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G. 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience within Telecommunication area
•    Advanced in Python, SQL, data processing (Pandas, Spark), automation, and Microsoft Power Platform; experience with analytics dashboards (Power BI, Apache Superset a plus)
•    Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
•    Problem-solving mindset with ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
•    Excellent planning and execution skills
•    Work well independently as well as in a team 
•    Ability to work remotely within geographically virtual teams
•    Proven high level of integrity and responsibility
