We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Expert to join our finance team and lead key activities in group reporting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail‑oriented accounting professional with strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and solid experience in preparing corporate income tax calculations and tax balance sheets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting in accordance with IFRS and internal group standards
  • Prepare consolidated reporting packages, supporting schedules, and variance analyses
  • Lead the preparation of the tax balance sheet, including temporary/permanent differences and deferred tax calculations
  • Coordinate and prepare corporate income tax returns, tax submissions, and other statutory tax compliance
  • Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger postings, accruals, and adjustments
  • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and support internal control improvements
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and accounting standards to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analyses, tax planning initiatives, and process optimization

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international or group reporting environment
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and group reporting processes
  • Proven experience in tax accounting, corporate income tax, and preparation of tax balance sheets
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
