Senior Administrative Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to assigned division in order to proof correspondence and other documents and to complete reports
  • Developing and implementing of administrative systems and procedures to achieve efficiency
  • Managing calendars, handling with logistics for meetings and team building organization
  • Providing support in financial processes, processing requests for procurement, receipt and control of invoices
  • Processing of payroll and other related documents
  • Preparation, coordination and entry of documentation related to business trips in accordance with local travel policy
  • Providing service to internal and external clients in person and over the phone, and processing complaints and requests
  • Managing of assigned web pages, updating content on a daily / weekly / monthly basis, web-related problem solving and coordination with technical staff in solving system problems
  • Providing permissions and updating site access notifications to implementation and maintenance teams in Serbia
  • Performing tasks related to obtaining of approvals
  • Contract management and administration
  • Assist with various administrative Human Resources activities for the division

 

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Full knowledge of business processes, use of tools and systems DMS, ERP (SAP) 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of English language
  • Responsible

  • Ability to handle complex, confidential and sensitive assignments
