We are seeking a Senior Business Controller to play a key role in driving strategic and operational decision-making through advanced financial analysis and business case development.

This position will split responsibilities equally between Group Commercial (focused on business cases and strategic initiatives) and CETIN Serbia (covering senior controlling tasks).

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, proactive business partnering, and the ability to challenge and support stakeholders at all levels.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Lead and support business case preparation for new products, investments, and strategic initiatives within Group Commercial, ensuring robust cost-benefit analysis and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes across CETIN Serbia.
• Provide senior level controlling support, including performance monitoring of products, investments, segments, and divisions using both financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Develop and enhance management reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate information for decision-making.
• Act as a business partner, challenging assumptions and identifying optimization opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Fixed Assets, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Reporting in a senior role.
• Proven experience in business case development and strategic financial analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Demonstrated time management and planning skills.
