ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Monitor and analyse end-to-end mobile service performance and quality, identifying and resolving potential issues to improve customer experience across all categories.
  • Enhance network performance and stability through optimization activities, parameter adjustments, capacity planning, and the introduction of new technologies, functionalities, and solutions.
  • Deliver timely, insightful analysis and reporting of network and service KPIs across diverse data sources (OSS, DNA, measurement and crowdsourcing tools), driving mobile network evolution and enabling strategic business decisions.
  • Define reporting requirements, design and maintain databases and data flows, and ensure accuracy and consistency of KPI definitions, supported by compelling visualizations and trusted, decision-ready insights.
  • Automate analytics and reporting processes to accelerate delivery, strengthen data consistency, and provide actionable intelligence for both operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Education & Experience: University, or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Telecommunications preferred) with 7+ years in telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced in Python, SQL, data processing (Pandas, Spark), automation, and Microsoft Power Platform; experience with analytics dashboards (Power BI, Apache Superset a plus).
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong background in mobile technologies; problem-solving mindset with ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Personal Competencies: Goal-oriented, innovative, adaptable team player with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; high integrity and user-focused approach.
