Senior ESG Reporting Specialist (Group level)

PURPOSE

We are looking for an ESG professional to coordinate and support the e& PPF Telecom Group ESG program and who will report to Group ESG Manager. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), leading the annual materiality assessment, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and driving ESG projects across the Group.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Lead and coordinate the annual ESG materiality assessment across the Group.
  • Prepare and deliver ESG reporting in line with ESRS, CSRD, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Ensure audit-readiness of all ESG disclosures, processes, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage ESG initiatives as projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Monitor EU and global regulatory developments and support the rollout of new ESG reporting requirements.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience with ESRS or other sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a consulting/audit firm (Big 4 or similar), or within a multinational ESG/sustainability function.
  • Proven project management skills, ideally in cross-functional, complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience in ESG/non-financial reporting at group or multinational level.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
