We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of all end-user devices and applications. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, administration of IT systems and implementing IT solutions.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Provide advanced technical support for all end-user devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OS, hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security updates.
- System administration of Microsoft 365, SCCM, AD and Intune.
- Participating in IP network implementation and maintenance.
- Provide training and support for end-users on IT-related topics.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in on-call duty rotations to provide after-hours support.
- Perform fieldwork to support shop, sales, and technical facilities.
- Engage in project work and suggest optimizations for IT systems and processes.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with network protocols and configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
