Job overview:
• Independent acquisition of new mobile base station sites with providing contracts with landlords
• Providing all necessary approvals and permits for building mobile base station site and installing mobile network equipment
• Maintaining existing site contracts (communication and negotiations)
• Communication with other mobile operators and service vendors
• Communication with relevant local authorities (inspections)
• Providing all necessary approvals and permits for building new fibre optic routes
• Understanding of cadastral data, ownership relations and legal status of land and buildings, constant education and introduction on regulations in area of activity
Requirements:
• University degree (technical, economics, commercial, organization or law faculty)
• Working experience on similar jobs (min 3 years)
• Outstanding communicational skills
• Personal profile: patient, tolerant, persistent, analytical, active listener, independence in work and proactive
• Willingness to learn
• Using MS Office and other specialized tools
• Willingness to travel (Serbia)
• Driving license (B cat)
• Fluent in English
