ROLE OVERVIEW:

Coordinate and observe implementation work in the region.

Organize daily activities in the team. Perform operation, maintenance, implementation and acceptance of Telecom equipment and infrastructure. Organize and control the release process of needed installation materials and equipment from the warehouse to subcontractors and third parties. Participate in various installation projects concerning installation of telecommunication equipment and infrastructure. Manage and control of subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead fiber optic implementation projects in the region
• Coordinate and observe implementation work and when needed assist subcontractors with the provision of additional information and technical support
• Participate in equipment sourcing process, vendor selection and management
• Participate in project budget preparation and follow up
• Monitor the acceptance of completed installation works and coordinate the acceptance process with the department manager
• Prepare reports related to completed implementation work
• Collaborate with other units, involved in planning, acquisition, permitting, construction and operation
• Observe the execution of processes and procedures
• Coordinate with subcontractors the activities related to integration of Telecom and Passive Equipment
• Organize and monitor the maintenance of the passive equipment in the region
• Provide support to the subcontractors for ordered corrective activities
• Ensure proper contract & vendor management

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• University degree in Telecommunications/Radio communications or relevant experience

Experience

• 5 years in telecommunications – area of implementation operations

Competency

• Telecommunication (Mobile/Transport/Fix) networks
• Vendor/Subcontractor management
• Good level of English
• Communication and presentation skills
• Team work ability
• Clean Driving license
