ROLE OVERVIEW
Data Analytic Specialist is responsible for periodic and ad-hoc analyzing of data and reporting of variety of network and quality of service KPIs, based on different data sources to support and drive mobile network development and strategic business decisions. His / Hers obligation is to set up reporting requirements and build and maintain needed data bases and data flows from different sources in close cooperation with stakeholders. Responsible for KPIs calculation and visualization.
Data Analytic Specialist shall automate reporting process, ensure data consistency and accurate KPIs calculation guaranteeing reliable and trustworthy end users results
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate insightful reports from data warehouse using visual reporting tools or direct queries, enabling stakeholders for further analysis and decisions.
- Design, implement, develop and manage data models, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses and data lakes to store structured and unstructured data and support data analytics and reporting
- Create and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a data warehouse or data lake.
- Collaborate with Telco and data engineering experts and other cross-functional teams to meet analysis requirements and business goals.
- Automate routine data engineering tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Support team members and stakeholders by maintaining clear documentation of data models, processes, dimensions and KPIs in a concise and understandable manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
- Experience with databases, data warehousing, data lakes
- Programing and SQL skills and experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Tableau) is an advantage
- Willingness to stay updated on Telco industry developments and trends
- Knowledge in Data Science and Machine learning are considered as an advantage
- Knowledge in telecommunication is a plus
