ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Financial Reporting and Cost Accounting Team Leader (FRCA Team Leader) is considered to have a very important role within the Finance of CETIN Bulgaria. The FRCA Team Leader controls and organizes the process of bookkeeping of the Company expenses. Monitors the process of preparation and presentation of reports for the needs of the management, tax administration, internal and external audit. Manages, coordinates and takes responsibility for efficient running of work activities in the respective team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the accounting of Company’s expenditure.
• Monitor and support the expenditure distribution in cost centers and other specific dimensions, according to the needs of internal customers.

•  Coordinate and calculate the monthly accruals according to information submitted by the respective Departments;

• Monitor and finalize the monthly closing in respect to costs.
• Organize and control the process of expense recognition of GL’s accounts set-up and vendor creation/update in accounting system and other relevant systems.
• Control on Accounts Payable balances review, reconciliation, ageing and analysis
• Monitor recognition in due time of deferred expense accounts.
• Prepare and control reports for Tax authorities and Auditors. Assure clean audit opinion with quality support to internal and external audit process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures. Identify possible risks and suggest mitigation.
• Work on ad-hoc reports and projects as required for corporate purposes

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• University degree in the field of Finance/ Accounting/Economics or related

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experienceon a similar position or in the field of auditing/ accounting

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience with accounting software, e.g. SAP
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Positive attitude and result orientation
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Flexible and loyal person, good team player
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in changing environment
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in Telecommunication industry is an advantage
