Role Overview:

Contribute to the effective service provisioning of Fixed Wireless Access, through strong collaboration with key service stakeholder, employee groups and Company partners


Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Service request and Trouble ticket assignments, coordinating the tasks to the installation and maintenance teams related to provision of fixed access services
  • Keep up-to-date with FWA service trends, recommend and justify new solutions and approaches
  • Coordination with all Back Offices, Customer Care Department, field teams and subcontractors
  • Responsible for FWA service monitoring and fault reporting
  • Contact with clients to profile specific problems and verify their existence and potential remote resolution

 

What we would expect from you:

  • University degree in Technical branch of studies (suitable for last year/s university students)
  • Previous experience in maintenance of digital equipment is an advantage
  • Calm and composed personality;  Ability to handle stressful situations, to plan, prioritize and execute
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to collaborate cross-divisionally
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal is an advantage
  • Good PC skills - MS Office, ticketing systems, alarm & performance monitoring application
