ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is to support the entire process of selling existing cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, SD-WAN, etc.) of the company with vendors like CISCO, Fortinet, CheckPoint, etc., that CETIN offers to third parties as managed services. Manage the active devices , act on alarms, act on incidents reported by our customers. Troubleshoot & analyze incidents and changes, make suggestions to fix and implement the solution. Support the implementation of new solutions with existing or future partners. We are looking for an experienced Professional who is autonomous, experienced, self-driven security fanatics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation and expansion of the firewalls deployed in our customers networks
• Configuration, documentation, troubleshooting
• Support and contribute to the creation of security concepts and new solutions
• Communication and consulting with our customers
• Independent project work (e.g., customer takeovers, new installations, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant technical training
• Years of relevant professional experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of network and cybersecurity technologies (TCP/IP, Dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF),DNS, DHCP,  NGFW, SD-WAN, VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN), Endpoint protection, etc.)
• Experience with CISCO, Fortinet, CheckPoint and other vendors
• Certifications from CISCO, Fortinet, CheckPoint is an advantage
• High willingness to learn, reliable and precise work ethic
• Very good written and spoken English skill is an advantage

EDUCATION

• University degree in the field of Telecommunications, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related
