ROLE OVERVIEW:

 

The role is responsible for the delivery of the company’s TV service, in the capacity of 2nd level support. The IPTV and Fixed Services Support Еngineer would need to be in constant collaboration with the relevant departments in the company in order to ensure the successful execution of the processes of the delivery and support of the TV and Fixed Service

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for TV service delivery and fault reporting
  • Act as a 2nd level support
  • Collaboration with all Back Offices and Yettel’s Customer Care Department
  • Coordination with field teams and subcontractors related to TT resolution and service restoration
  • Leading planned, operational upgrade activities related to TV service delivery.
  • Track the execution process of CPE installation
  • Recommend and justify new solutions and approaches related with work process

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • University degree obtained or ongoing in Telecommunications, Technical or Computers sciences
  • Understanding of TV service delivery processes
  • Deep knowledge in major Telecom domains - Wireless broadband, RAN and IP network technologies
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive activities in a collaborative manner
  • Curious, willing to make a difference and eager to challenge the status quo
