We're looking for a International Wholesale Key Account Manager to help expand our global footprint and build strong partnerships in the region. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and growing our international wholesale portfolio across data and capacity services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow international wholesale business (fibres, capacity, collocation, IP transit, etc.)
- Identify and engage with global telecom operators, carriers, and service providers
- Lead contract negotiations (NDA, MSA, commercial terms)
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to align on partner requirements
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of proven experience in international wholesale/carrier relations within the telecom industry
- Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure services and market trends in Europe and CEE region
- Strong network of contacts in the global carrier/wholesale ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Based in Sofia and willing to travel across the region as needed
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Capabilities in resolving cases and providing adequate solutions
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree and excellent computer literacy (MS office)
- At least 5 years of experience working in Wholesale Telecom environment
- Previous experience in relationship building or sales role is a must
- Excellent level of English, spoken and written
- Deep knowledge on the telecom wholesale services and market trends in the sector
- Analytical, reporting and technical skills will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
