ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for prolongation of existing lease contracts for base stations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Observes lease contract expiration time and starts prolongation process in advance.
• Negotiates with lessors the main terms of lease contract prolongation as duration, rental cost, payment, exit clauses, inflation etc.
• Collects and verifies all required ownership documents for conclusion and prolongation of the lease contract.
• Leads negotiations and participates in tenders for purchasing of land plots, collect and verify required ownership documents and internal approvals for concluding the deals.
• Maintains good business relations with lessors by handling their requests and requirements related to execution of lease contract terms.
• Makes business cases and real estate market research to obtain information about current trends on rental and purchasing costs.
• Represents site acquisition team in the process of new site rollout and technologies implementation by participating in meetings, arranging access to sites etc.
• Keeps clear track records of performed activities by updating of relevant databases and preparation of reports

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Business administration, Engineering or Law
• Experience in a relevant field
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to follow up end-to-end assigned tasks & deadlines
• Active driving license
