ROLE OVERVIEW

Provide dedicated and reliable legal support to CETIN Bulgaria by advising, negotiating, drafting and finalizing range of agreements in a highly professional service manner. Provide strategic legal advices.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to all company operations, including technology, sourcing, human resources, commercial and finance
  • Negotiate, draft and review contracts serving the business of the company
  • Deal with commercial and general corporate matters
  • Legal framework changes and novelties monitoring. Interpret and support the business in implementation of changes in the legislative framework and practices
  • Provide input and guidance to ensure compliance with local and EU regulations
  • Dealing with data processing agreements and privacy related matters

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master degree in Law. Privacy background will be considered a strong advantage  
  • Legal experience in an international company or law office
  • Excellent communication, establishing and maintaining professional relations skills  
  • Assertive, adaptable, confident, positive, independent and proactive personality
  • Fluency in English, incl. legal English, and computer literacy
  • Strong administrative skills with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve targets
