ROLE OVERVIEW

Primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of network-related products and services.

As part of our team your task would be to administer and implement the Sourcing process in the company and assure the overall management and control of network sourcing activities as per company procedures.
 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Procurement and Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors or suppliers for network-related products and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to leverage partnerships for better deals and improved service.

Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to optimize network-related expenditures without compromising quality or performance.

Technical Understanding: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to network infrastructure. Collaborate with technical teams to understand the organization's network requirements and align sourcing activities with technological advancements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and organizational policies in all network sourcing activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand network requirements for various projects. Align sourcing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all network sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor interactions. Generate reports to provide insights into cost savings, vendor performance, and other relevant metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in network sourcing activities. Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the overall effectiveness of network procurement processes.

Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in in the field of Economy, Finance, Procurement or related
• At least 2 years of previous experience in the sphere of sourcing, procurement or other related field
• Experience in contract management and/or legal documentation will be an advantage
• Public sourcing experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with SAP
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, Excel, etc)
• Excellent negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across various departments within an organization.
• Work well under pressure with tight timeframes
• Very good English (both written and verbal)
