Role overview:

 

Supports the process of sales, negotiations, preparation of agreements and products regarding the connections with telecommunication partners/customers. Actively participates in the process of preparation all kind of reports related to wholesale services.

   

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the sales process and build up relationships with potential partners/customers in the assigned region
  • Present product portfolio to potential customers in order to attract them and establish long-term partnerships
  • Drive wholesale opportunities from discovery, through development to close
  • Generate sales revenue by actively promoting CETIN products and services to new customers
  • Maintain the assigned customer base to contribute to the company revenue growth targets achievement
  • Propose solutions that meet the customers’ needs
  • Develop and maintain records of customers’ activities for reporting of sales and forecasts
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities in the region
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives are met
  • Collaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • University degree in Economics, Commerce or related
  • Experience working in Telecom environment will be a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in account management and sales
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to work independently and resolve cases by providing adequate solutions
  • Excellent communications skills and result-oriented approach
  • Customer and business focus, with ability to prioritize in fast environment 
  • Knowledge of the telecom wholesale services and trends in the sector is a strong advantage
  • Analytical, reporting and technical skills will be considered as an advantage
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop personality
  • Valid Category B driver’s license with ability to travel
  • Very good English, spoken and written and excellent computer literacy (MS office)
