ROLE OVERVIEW

 

Pre-sales and Business Development Expert shall be accountable to identify and technically support business opportunities in order to create new revenue streams and ensure business growth. This includes leading the process of participation in new product development, communication with potential partners, on time preparation of offers, contracts and other documentation, supporting sales team in building the offers, etc.

 

Shall follow the customer’s lifecycle and proactively propose any upgrades and/or improvements of services/processes in order to ensure the best customer experience. Furthermore, track and propose upgrades to existing service following market developments and customers’ needs. He/She will have excellent communications, presentation and elaboration skills, and will be able to translate the Sales requests to technology and to communicate in understandable language the complex technology solutions to the clients, along with the Sales Account. This includes to be aware of market competition and to be able to evaluate, and point out relative CETIN strengths during negotiation process.

 

The position will lead investigation, design, and supervision of technical solutions, which anticipate the customer needs and make the customer more competitive and keep it loyal. These solutions could vary between IP, Telecommunications and/or IT. The Pre-sales New Business Development Expert will be responsible to propose the best one, to document and to control the process of its implementation.

This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Support the Sales team with technology expertise during the pre-sales process
  • Design (or actively participate in the design) of the most suitable technical solution for every complex case
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on improvement of network elements, services, protocols, and standards in support of company products development
  • Plan and manage complex projects and deliver a high-quality product while meeting deadlines
  • Maintain an excellent level of documentation of every commercial project / customer case in which is involved
  • Lead and support participation in new products and services development (national and international) related to company portfolio
  • Be familiar with product portfolio of the company and the used equipment base
  • Perform regular follow up monitoring and sessions, and propose upgrade of service and/or solution, which better fits the customer need
  • Offer professional assistance when required to all levels across the organization for any kind of ICT related queries
  • Contribute to long term Commercial strategy, proposition, financial and execution plan for all segments
  • Lead and contribute to the preparation of business cases, project plans, Commercial roadmap and Revenue forecast/targets

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University degree in the field of Telecommunications/IT or other Engineering domain
  • Other University Degree in Computer science will be an advantage
  • Deep knowledge in telecommunication technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience working in ISP and/or telecommunications environment
  • Project Management certificate will be a benefit
  • Familiar with the following network technologies & protocols: TCP/IP, MPLS, SDH, DWDM, PDH, SS7, fiber-optic and Metro Ethernet as well as advanced user, familiar with wireless and mobile standards and technologies (Wi Fi, Wi Fi 6, LTE, 5G) will be a befit
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Products.
  • Familiar with Security Products (i.e. NGFW, DdoS), SD-WAN, SASE 
  • Basic hardware knowledge
  • Experience with analysis and improvement of business support processes
