ROLE OVERVIEW
The Project Cooridinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining all documentation related to the RRF projects of CETIN BG. All activities are carried out in strict compliance with the company’s current procedures, rules, and regulatory requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, maintain, and manage the project documentation, reports, and presentations;
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes;
- Liaise with team members and vendors to assess, design, and plan project assignments
- Report on project progress and track the availability and allocation of resources;
- Support the project team in preparing all necessary project documentation in accordance with company procedures and implementation schedules;
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling, processing, and archiving of both physical and digital information.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Archiving, Records Management, Library Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project coordination or records management in funding programs is desirable.
- Knowledge of telecommunication technologies and industry-specific documentation processes is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Advanced PC literacy, including proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems (DMS) is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player with a professional attitude and high ethical standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
