ROLE OVERVIEW:

 

Lead, manage, and support service delivery operations for wholesale and corporate customers, ensuring the needed resources and priorities are aligned with strategic objectives. Provide guidance in budgeting and technology strategy, enabling efficient, high-quality service and contributing to the organization’s overall success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•            Responsible for wholesale service delivery process. Manage, coordinate and observe the delivery of services for wholesale and corporate customers (planning, feasibility analysis, implementation, configuration and connectivity, coordination, SLAs).

•             Lead and manage the Service Delivery Team. Develop and motivate people in the team and assess individual and team performance.

•             Ensure SD team supports Sourcing processes in Wholesales and Corporate customers services.

•             Ensure proper forecasting, tracking and monitoring of availability of transport and other network equipment required for Wholesale services based on the input from Sales Department.

•             Ensure effective interaction of the SD team with other departments for timely and smooth delivery of services.

•             Responsible to provide O&M support for Wholesales services within agreed SLA’s, wherever is needed in collaboration with other O&M support teams.

•             Responsible for performance management, KPI analysis and reporting.

•             Lead, coordinate and support projects in the area of Wholesale service delivery.

•             Support Finances and Sourcing activities related to Wholesale service delivery.

•             Drive standardization, simplification and unification of processes, systems and tools in Service Delivery domain.

•             Assist in technology strategy preparation

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education

  • University Degree in Telecommunications, Business Degree or relevant experience

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunication/Telco implementation operations and/or 3 years of management experience

Competency

•             General knowledge of telecommunication; Knowledge of Transport and IP network systems, WiFi, Video surveillance will be considered as advantage

•             Vendor/Subcontractor management

•             Good level of English (both written and verbal)
