ROLE OVERVIEW

On the position of Telecom Implementation Engineer you will coordinate and lead implementation of access & transport equipment in network, and will participation in various projects related to implementation of telecommunication equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage network related projects
• Coordinate and participate in overall telecom implementation process
• Prepare BoQ and Release installation materials and equipment from the warehouse
• Coordinate and participate in the process of specification of telecom implementation services in regards to access & transport equipment installation at sites
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, technical support during on site implementation process
• Participate in the design and introduction of processes and procedures related to telecom equipment implementation
• Follow the approved processes and procedures in relation to telecom equipment implementation
• Maintain reporting and database update
• Participate in Technology roadmaps development in the field of Network Implementation aligned with the new trends
• Handle technical documentation
• Support technology planning processes in respect to telecom network development
• Participate in Technology strategy preparation
• Cooperate with other parts of the organization on process oriented and cross-functional work
• Full support of Vendor Management in the field of Network Development
• Collaborate with relevant managed service partners and relevant suppliers in respect to control activities related to Network and data center infrastructure
• Develop technology knowledge in the field of Network and data center Infrastructure
• Implemente HSSE principles in everyday work

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in in the field of Telecommunications/IT or other Engineering domain
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile network industry
• Good knowledge of Access, MW, Transport technologies, components, systems, and implementation methodologies
• Team orientation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in cross functional projects under stress in challenging environment
• Mobile, willing to travel across Europe;
• Shows respect for alternative viewpoints, able to change
• Meets deadline and quality
• Technical certificates are beneficial
