ROLE OVERVIEW
Trainee in Commercial and Transformation Division is responsible for organizing and maintaining all documentation related to customers and partners of CETIN BG, as well as managing the associated database platform that supports commercial operations. All activities are carried out in strict compliance with the company’s current procedures, rules, and regulatory requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, maintain, and manage the company’s physical archive containing original hard copy documents.
- Receive, review, scan, and process all contract-related documentation submitted by commercial team, ensuring accuracy of associated data.
- Assist the commercial team in preparing all required documentation for customer contracts and service delivery, including contracts, SLAs, Service Order Forms, Handover Protocols, and internal approval documents in correspondence with the company procedures
- Accurately and promptly enter customer service data into required forms, templates, and company information systems; gather and compile statistical data as needed.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling, processing, and archiving of both physical and digital information.
- Report on any issues encountered in the execution of duties to the line manager and propose potential solutions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding subscriber information and service details, sharing such information only with the subscriber.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or in the last years of study in Archiving, Library Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of telecommunication technologies and industry-specific documentation processes is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Advanced PC literacy, including proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player with a professional attitude and high ethical standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
