About the role:

You’ll design, develop, and operate automated workflows that keep our organization moving efficiently. From RPA to intelligent automation, you’ll be the architect behind processes that save time, reduce errors, and make work smarter—not harder.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying automation opportunities in collaboration with business and process owners.
  • Building and maintaining automated workflows using RPA or workflow automation platforms.
  • Integrating automations with systems using APIs or service-to-service communication.
  • Applying intelligent automation capabilities (OCR, classification, NLP-based logic).
  • Ensuring secure credential management and compliance with automation security standards.
  • Monitoring automation performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliability.
  • Documenting workflows, maintaining versioning, and building reusable automation components.
  • Providing input into process improvements and operational optimization.

 

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience with any RPA or workflow automation platform.
  • Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and automation scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of data processing or cognitive automation techniques is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with security considerations around credentials and automation access.
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to reliability.
  • Process-oriented and structured approach.
  • Focused on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into automation solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
