Currently we are looking for a CAPEX Controller!

About the role:

In this role, you support planning and decision‑making through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You work closely with technical and operational teams, contributing to CAPEX planning, monitoring performance, and improving financial processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Contribute to CAPEX planning activities, including Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Forecasting (FC)
Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports to support decision-making
Monitor and analyze investment performance, identifying key trends and insights
Build close, collaborative relationships with technical and operational teams, actively engaging with them to understand their needs and support their daily work
Support monthly closing and reporting processes
Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize and automate financial processes
Participate in end-to-end process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Advanced Excel skills (including complex functions and large datasets)
- Knowledge of macros/VBA, PowerBI is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive results
Interest in technology and engineering-related topics (no technical degree required)
Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation
Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
