We are looking for a Commercial Director who can turn world-class infrastructure and technology capabilities into sustainable business growth, stronger partnerships, and new opportunities for our customers. This is a role for a leader who understands both technology and business — and who sees commercial opportunities where others see network assets.

 

Your Mission

As a member of CETIN Hungary's Executive Leadership Team, you will define and execute our commercial strategy across B2B ICT, enterprise solutions, wholesale services and infrastructure-based business opportunities. Your primary focus will be accelerating CETIN's B2B and ICT growth by building a strong market proposition, developing strategic partnerships, expanding our customer base, and ensuring that CETIN's capabilities translate into meaningful revenue growth. You will be expected to think strategically, act commercially, and lead transformation.

This is not a traditional sales leadership role.It is a business-building role.

 

What You Will Own

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute CETIN Hungary's B2B ICT and commercial growth strategy
  • Develop long-term business plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives and financial targets
  • Identify new growth opportunities across enterprise connectivity, ICT services, managed solutions, private networks, security services and emerging digital infrastructure businesses
  • Translate technology capabilities into commercially successful products and services
  • Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across all commercial channels

 

B2B ICT Business Development

  • Lead the expansion of CETIN's B2B ICT business across enterprise, public sector and strategic customer segments
  • Develop and strengthen our market position in areas such as:
    • Enterprise connectivity
    • Security services
    • Managed network solutions
    • SD-WAN and managed WAN services
    • Mobile Private Networks
    • DAS solutions
    • Data centre and cloud-enabling services
    • Emerging digital infrastructure services
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Drive complex sales opportunities from identification through closing

 

Strategic Partnership with Yettel

Yettel represents a critical commercial partner and route-to-market for CETIN.You will act as the primary commercial counterpart between CETIN and Yettel for B2B and ICT-related opportunities, ensuring that both organizations collaborate effectively to create customer value and business growth.

 

This includes:

  • Joint business planning and opportunity development
  • Pipeline reviews and commercial alignment
  • Account planning and customer opportunity management
  • Development of joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Building strong executive-level relationships
  • Creating a framework where both organizations can win together

Success in this role requires an ability to operate effectively across organisational boundaries and build trusted long-term partnerships.

 

Portfolio, Pricing & Commercial Excellence

  • Drive portfolio strategy, commercialisation and lifecycle management
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services
  • Shape pricing strategies and commercial policies
  • Ensure commercial offers deliver sustainable profitability and strategic value
  • Establish robust pipeline management, forecasting and performance tracking
  • Build data-driven sales and commercial management practices

 

Key Accounts & Strategic Deals

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision makers across enterprise customers, operators, partners and public-sector organizations
  • Lead complex negotiations and high-value commercial agreements
  • Structure innovative partnership and business models
  • Work closely with legal, finance, technology and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology services or digital infrastructure businesses
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial growth in complex B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise ICT solutions and technology-driven business models
  • Experience building and leading high-performing commercial, sales or business development organizations
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and deal-making capabilities
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and organizational boundaries
  • Confidence operating with executive management, boards and senior external partners
