About the role:

You’ll be the go-to person for end-user IT support—handling calls, managing tickets, and resolving issues fast. From hardware and operating systems to connectivity and applications, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, dispatch, and resolve service request tickets and incoming calls
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems
• Provide IT support for hardware and software issues
• Deploy workstation images centrally
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams for better user support
• Perform field work to support shops, sales, and technical facilities
• Participate in off-shift and weekend work with rotating on-call coverage
• Maintain high user satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of client operating systems and system software
• High school degree or equivalent
• Hardware maintenance skills
• Motivation to learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an international team
• Proactive mindset for improvement and change
