About the role:
You’ll be the go-to person for end-user IT support—handling calls, managing tickets, and resolving issues fast. From hardware and operating systems to connectivity and applications, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receive, dispatch, and resolve service request tickets and incoming calls
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems
- Provide IT support for hardware and software issues
- Deploy workstation images centrally
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams for better user support
- Perform field work to support shops, sales, and technical facilities
- Participate in off-shift and weekend work with rotating on-call coverage
- Maintain high user satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of client operating systems and system software
- High school degree or equivalent
- Hardware maintenance skills
- Motivation to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in an international team
- Proactive mindset for improvement and change
