Currently we are looking for the

Head of Data Center Passive Infra Planning and Operations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resource management and coordinating/managing daily activities of the group, prioritize the tasks, organizing internal and external trainings.
Maintain data centers and environmental facilities including but not limited to power inlet, UPS, backup generator and HVAC.
Support new IT/Telco equipment installation at data center from passive infrastructure perspective.
Develop, plan, upgrade and install of new physical infrastructure systems and also organize and control the activities.
Researching and analyzing new designs, technologies, materials, construction methods and maintenance processes for data center electrical and mechanical equipment and related components
Driving develop and optimize of planning, operation and maintenance processes, rules and services related to data centers.
Collaborate with authorities, auditors and stakeholders.
Participate in tendering process and lead it based on request.
Continuous optimization of data center infrastructure systems operations, participating on related group level programs.
Leading and supporting data center service delivery, automation and implementation.
Create metrics and monitoring to aid in SLA reporting
Train all team members
Improving the efficiency of operation methods and processes, Provide cost and design proposals and liaise with vendors.
Preparation of proposals for key decisions
Have a lead in major projects and in problem management
Manage and control relevant vendors. Follow up external vendors deliveries.
Plan, manage and control CAPEX and OPEX, continuous cost optimization

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

University or college degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field or besides University or college degree relevant Data Center management or critical infrastructure operation experience
At least 5 years of network, system engineering experience in data center operations or in critical infrastructure operation.
At least 2 years of managing staff experience.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and ability to work in a team
Experience working in a regulatory environment with deep understanding of Change Control, Incident Management & Problem Management processes and procedures
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate people
Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change
Easily adapts to work in a fast paced working environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team player and able to work independently
Having driving license (B-category)
