Currently we are looking for a Health & Safety Expert!

About the role:

In this role, you ensure the health and safety of CETIN Hungary’s employees and partners working on-site, while operating and continuously improving the ISO 45001 management system. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting safe operations across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and coordinating Safety and Fire protection related activities of the company including every specific work safety activities according to Munkavédelmi Törvény.
Planning and implementation of procedures and programs, elaborating all Safety and Fire protection related documents, policies, manuals, ensuring alignment and compliance with governance requirements.
Filing regulatory reports according to relevant legal regulations
Conducting awareness activities for employees and managers, organizing and/or conducting safety and security trainings (regular and for new employees)
Conducting health & safety risk assessments.
Coordinating electromagnetic field radiation, working at height, working with voltage related risk assessment activities.
Conducting safety and security site visits, creating reports.
Conducting on site internal and external worker inspections.
Investigating accidents, fires.
Coordinating and approval of fire hazardous activities.
Acts as an ISO 45001 internal auditor
Ensuring ISO 45001 system management and continuous improvement.
Pandemic and infection management, organizing vaccinations (influenza, tick encephalitis).
Protective equipment and clothing management including working at height, working with voltage and built-in safety ladders.
Participating in Long Time Inspection, analyzing safety and security related findings.
Supporting other departments in the field of health and safety, fire safety as a consultant (excluding design activities).

What We’re Looking For:

Min. 3 years relevant working experience
Min. 1 year of working at height safety and working with voltage safety experience
Min. 1 year of ISO 45001 experience
Relevant educational background (munkavédelmi technikus, tűzvédelmi előadó)

Clean certificate of good conduct
Deep understanding of the Hungarian health and safety, fire safety control frameworks and regulations.
Ability to read and comment on building and technical design drawings
Familiarity with safety audits
Strong ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Plus but not manatory: Munkavédelmi szakember or Munkavédelmi szakmérnök education
