Internal Communications Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping employee experiences through compelling internal communication. As Internal Communications Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a connected, informed, and engaged employee community across CETIN International. For this purpose, you will lead the team of experienced internal communication specialist in matrix set up. In every mentioned country is somebody you can rely on.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and crafts internal company communications that reinforce Company culture.

Develops and implements a company internal communications strategy and plans, inclusive of all key channels and audiences.

Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including the Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams, other M365 apps, email newsletters, social media, and other internal communication tools.

Keeps employees in all office locations informed on important organizational news and updates via all communication platforms including Town Halls or other events

Collaborates with company leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver internal communication content.

Works closely with key members from the Marketing, HR and PR to develop a joint content calendar, ensuring all internal and external content are linked and similar in style.

Be responsible for a variety of interesting company events and promote them.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), other languages are a plus (Bulgarian, Serbian, Hungarian, Slovak).
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in internal communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for engaging storytelling with strong writing skills.
- Experience with an External communication is advantage.
