Currently we are looking for a Junior Radio Network Optimization Engineer!

About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Radio Network Optimization Engineer to join our team and play a key role in monitoring and optimizing our network. If you have a data-driven mindset and are curious about how AI/ML is shaping telco technologies, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Optimize our multi-technology RAN (GSM/LTE/NR) network to maintain and improve KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor and analyze daily network performance and capacity using OSS, signaling monitoring, crowdsourcing, and official vendor tools.
• Drive RAN performance initiatives using AI/ML-based analytics.
• Perform daily site and cluster-level RAN optimization.
• Evaluate planned works and parameter changes from a radio performance perspective.
• Conduct single-site verification and initial optimization for newly integrated or swapped sites.
• Investigate and resolve network quality and performance issues.
• Handle customer complaints through trace and log analysis.
• Support testing and rollout of new RAN features and technologies.
• Contribute to projects and ad-hoc activities related to network quality.
• Deliver advanced reporting and create Power BI dashboards.

What We’re Looking For:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (preferably Telecommunications).
• Basic understanding of mobile network technologies (LTE/NR).
• Intermediate English and native Hungarian.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and/or big data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic telecom environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
