About the role:

You’ll be the mind behind the models—designing, testing, and deploying machine learning solutions that create real business value. From feature engineering to monitoring performance in production, you’ll make sure our models don’t just work—they thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diving into datasets, preparing features, and building predictive models.
Designing and running experiments and A/B tests to measure impact.
Developing end-to-end ML workflows, from deployment to monitoring.
Applying MLOps best practices like versioning, reproducibility, and retraining.
Creating clear visualizations and reports to share insights that matter.
Monitoring model quality, detecting drift, and ensuring ongoing performance.
Making sure models behave responsibly and explainably.
Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong Python skills and experience with common ML libraries.
Solid grasp of statistics, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
Experience with model tracking and reproducibility tools.
Familiarity with visualization libraries or BI tools.
Understanding of containerization, APIs, and ML deployment concepts.
Curious mindset and analytical thinking.
Impact-driven approach with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong understanding of responsible AI principles.
Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
Bonus: experience supporting ML in production.
