Currently we are looking for an Opex Team Leader!

About the role:

In this role, you support strategic decision‑making through financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You are responsible for maintaining financial control, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting sustainable cost management and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead preparation of opex plans and forecasts
Participate in recurring closing processes
Monitor internal controls and ensure financial discipline
Evaluate and manage financial risks while supporting management decision‑making
Monitor and forecast expenditures
Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
Prepare financial reports
Analyze financial data
Manage and develop the team

What We’re Looking For:

BSc or MSc degree in business administration or equivalent
Min. 3 years relevant working experience in finance management
Proactive, highly organized and results-driven attitude with end to end thinking
Strong analytical skills
Excellent MsOffice (Excel) skills
Fluent in English and native Hungarian
