Currently we are looking for a Presales Expert!

About the role:

As a Presales Expert, you will work closely with customers, other teams to understand business needs and design the right solutions to address them. From solution design and pricing through product validation and go-to-market activities, you will help shape opportunities before they become business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Follow up commercial leads and opportunities
Identify customer requirements and develop solution proposals addressing those needs
Support solution configuration, pricing and handover to Sales for contracting activities
Participate in complex customer projects together with the Sales team
Support new product introductions through customer validation and market feedback collection
Build and maintain relationships with external partners
Prepare presentations and decision-support materials for customers and internal stakeholders
Participate in commercial strategy development, value proposition definition and go-to-market planning
Contribute to pricing methodologies and offer development activities
Lead assigned commercial product initiatives and monitor related KPIs
Conduct market and competitor analysis and contribute to product development activities
Cooperate with business functions to support implementation of product objectives and commercial plans

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience
- BSc or MSc degree
- Experience in telecommunications, IT, mobile technologies, presales, product or commercial environments
Professional Expertise & Skills
- General knowledge of telecommunications, IT and mobile technology systems
- Understanding of commercial planning, pricing and product-related activities
- Strong business understanding with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills
