Currently we are looking for a Product Manager!

About the role:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and development of telecommunications infrastructure, ICT, security, and connectivity-related products within CETIN Hungary's commercial portfolio.

You will act as the business owner of assigned products throughout their lifecycle, from market assessment and business case development to product launch, performance monitoring, optimization, and phase-out. Working closely with Sales, Network, IT, Finance, Legal, Operation and regional stakeholders, you will ensure that products are commercially viable, technically feasible, and operationally deliverable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned products
Assess customer, market, technology, and competitor insights and translate them into product development and enhancement activities
Monitor product performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and pipeline contribution
Translate business and customer requirements into product specifications and operational requirements
Drive or support the development of ICT, cyber security, and Mobile Private Network (MPN) product offerings
Develop product positioning, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content
Support complex B2B sales opportunities as a product subject matter expert
Maintain product documentation and ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory, security, and GDPR requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Cyber Security, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, solution management, or commercial roles within telecom, ICT, cyber security, or B2B technology environments
- Experience managing product lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, business case preparation, launch support, and performance monitoring
- Experience with ICT, cyber security, and/or Mobile Private Network product development is an advantage

Professional Expertise & Skills
- Strong understanding of network, IT, security, and enterprise solution architectures at product level
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including pricing, ROI, margin management, and commercial performance analysis
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure, connectivity, 5G, enterprise solutions, security requirements, and service delivery models
- Ability to translate customer and business requirements into structured product solutions
