Currently we are looking for a

Senior Commercial Analyst 

ROLE OVERVIEW: 
 

As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to person for developing business plans, providing insightful reports, and presenting your findings to stakeholders. Plus, you'll get to work with an amazing team and help them achieve their best performance 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Process Master: Keep our business processes in check and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency 
• Leadership Partner: Assist our leaders in executing their vision across all projects and initiatives 
• Cross-Departmental Connector: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure we're all on the same page
• Strategic Planner: Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies that align with our company's goals
• Data Insights Specialist: Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support decision-making processes
• Team Motivator: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best performance
• Presentation Expert: Present project updates and business plans to partners and management with clarity and confidence 
• Process Improver: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency 
• Ad Hoc Task Master: Provide support in various tasks and projects as needed

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Technical)
• Experience: Experience as a business analyst, with a strong emphasis on supporting leadership and managing business processes
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions autonomously
• Team Player: Ability to work in, motivate, and inspire a team
• Communication Whiz: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Business Savvy: Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans 
• Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting information to partners and management
