Currently we are looking for a Senior Program Manager!

 

About the role:

Responsible for planning, executing, evaluating strategic programs. Building and managing project teams, ensuring that the project goals are being achieved, create reports about the progress of each project, follow up Project deliveries. Responsible for supporting strategic decisions through analysis and cross functional coordination.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Structures and manages parallel projects and program workstreams in line with the Project Management methodology in force at the company.
  • Clarifies and communicates program and project objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Ensures key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities are defined, aligned, and filled.
  • Ensures that tasks and deliverables are clearly identified, documented, assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
  • Responsible for identifying stakeholders, defining communication plans, and providing relevant metrics, status updates, and program-specific information to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth transitions across program phases and coordinating communication between responsible groups while setting clear expectations.
  • Continuously identifies, assesses, and tracks risks and interdependencies, defines mitigation and contingency plans, assigns appropriate resources, and communicates program status.
  • Escalates open risks, issues, and cross-workstream impacts effectively and in a timely manner as needed.
  • Responsible for early identification of obstacles, determining potential resolutions, assigning the appropriate resources, communicating status, and driving timely resolution.
  • Provides input for post-project and program evaluation, including lessons learned and improvement actions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or other strategic consultant roles
  • Ability to manage multiple, cross functional initiatives with overlapping timelines and deliverables
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Proficient level in Microsoft Project
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven problem- solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
  • Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans
  • Can handle conflicts efficiently
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Customer centric mindset
