Currently we are looking for a

Senior Radio Network Planning Expert

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Radio networks planning and design (2/3/4/5G macro/indoor networks):
• Nominal radio network planning. Performing of business case analysis for each new site
• Defining search area for new sites based on business priorities, evaluation of candidates, perform technical site surveys, composing detailed site design
• Planning of frequencies, initial capacity, neighbors and initial parameter settings
• Indoor coverage design for special locations
• Capacity expansions planning
• Initial radio parameters tuning and (physical) optimization, to reach target quality and further network monitoring to maintain it
• Equipment and tools vendor management/support
• Budgeting support (including radio network rollout plans and purchasing plans preparation)
• Supporting radio network related long term strategy planning
• Radio coverage related customer complaints handling (both in consumer and B2B area)
• Supporting CETIN own business development projects from RAN technology perspective
• Participation in international technology projects and support CETIN group technology initiatives and sourcing processes
• Following technology trends and educate organization about
• Regular reporting and maintaining of radio network inventory (site/technology/frequency/radio planning parameters)
• Managing radio planning tool and developing coverage prediction models 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Telecommunications science
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunication and mobile systems
• Minimum typical experience of 5 years within Telecommunication area
• Good at English (both written and verbal)
• Goal and business oriented mindset
