Service Delivery Expert 

 

About The Role:

As a Service Delivery Expert, you will ensure that IT Infrastructure services are delivered to our customers in line with quality standards and KPIs. Your role is key in maintaining customer satisfaction by coordinating efforts across various offices, engaging with resources, and ensuring timely service delivery.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs, and prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate and control IT projects, manage demands, and handle service requests
  • Act as the first point of escalation and manage customer communication
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery

 

What We’re Looking For :

  • College or high school education, preferably in IT, electrical engineering, or economics
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure
  • Experience in IT service management; familiarity with ITIL or COBIT is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet communicated targets
  • Team player with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and strong self-organization skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of handling challenging situations including C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in IT projects and support operations
  • Comfortable working with remote teams
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region
  • Project management skills are important; experience in IT project management is a plus but not a requirement
